Holiday 2016 Events in North Myrtle Beach

Join the Alabama Theatre for their holiday show, The South’s Grandest Christmas Show. Running throughout the month of December, this family-friendly variety show will put anyone in the holiday spirit. Enjoy singing, dancing, comedy, as well as beautiful decorations and costumes that will take you out of North Myrtle Beach and place you in a winter wonderland. The Christmas Show of the South: The Calvin Gilmore Theatre is back at it again this year with their renowned holiday show.  This family-friendly show features singing, dancing, decorations, festival costumes, and much more. This show runs throughout December, so be sure to check the Calvin Gilmore website for the show schedule and ticket information.

Islamorada Fish Company at the Bass Pro Shops is holding a fun celebrating for you and the kids! On Saturday, December 3rd and Saturday, December 10th, head over to the restaurant for breakfast with Santa! This fun event will include breakfast from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m., with storytelling by Santa after. Breakfast with Santa costs $9.95 for adults and $4.95 for children 10 and under.  Be sure to call Islamorada Fish Company to make reservations.

Join Barefoot Landing on Saturday, December 3rd or Saturday, December 10th for Sundaes with Santa. Visit Santa, eat ice cream, and make crafts at this fun event. Admission is $5 per person and includes a sundae, craft participation, and a photo with Santa. Call (843) 663-4373 to reserve your spot.

Black Water Middle School in Conway will be hosting their 4th annual Snow Globe Festival on Saturday, December 3, 2016. This free event will feature live dance performances, singing, vendors, a Christmas market, games, crafts, family-friendly activities, a holiday photo booth, and more.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet as well as a fun encounter with Santa at the Peanut Warehouse in Conway on Saturday, December 10th at 12 p.m. In addition to an awesome buffet, this event will also include a petting zoo, character appearances, bounce houses, carnival games, pony rides, and more. Plus, all children will get a goody bag from Santa himself. Breakfast is $25 + tax for ages 14 and up, $9 + tax for ages 9 to 13, $13 + tax for ages 3 to 8, and free for children ages two and under (with a paying adult).

The North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex is hosting their first ever The Great Christmas Light Show event! The park is decorated with nearly 2 million lights, which guests can view by driving through a 1.5 mile trail. The attraction also features a Santa Express Train Ride, and a special Lighted Adventure at Go Ape where guests can make their way through a treetop obstacle course and zipline that is decorated for the holidays. The park also has Santa’s Village, which includes a petting zoo, visits with Santa, an ice skating rink, treats, and much more.

Round up the kiddos and head over to Barefoot Landing on Saturday, December 17th for a Movie with Santa. Each visitor who attends will get one free photo with Santa, and will be able to view the movie “The Polar Express” at 5 p.m. by the carousel. Each person who watches the movie will get a free sample bag of popcorn from Collette’s Popcorn.

Thompson Farm in Conway is hosting a special Breakfast with Santa event in Saturday, December 17th at 10 a.m. The breakfast will feature a breakfast buffet with bacon, eggs, sausage, and much more. Plus, after breakfast families will enjoy hayrides, music, character appearances, and more. The cost for this event is $25 for ages 14+, $19 for ages 9-13, $13 for ages 3-8, and free for kids age two and under (with a paying adult). Note that these prices do not include tax. Celebrate the New Year at Duck’s Night Club and Duck’s Bar and Grill in North Myrtle Beach. The duo of bars will be hosting five nights of live music to celebrate the New Year, including performances by Smokin Hot on 12/28, Blackwater R&B on 12/29, Mason Lovette on12/30, Hip Pocket on 12/31, and Blackwater R&B again on 1/1. The tickets for the New Year’s Eve bash are $35 per person and include a buffet, live entertainment, party favors, a champagne toast, a breakfast buffet, and access to the New Year’s Day buffet.

This fun event will feature an evening of dancing, great food, and live music by Tru Sol. Each year, Corey Smith comes to the House of Blues in North Myrtle Beach for a fun New Year’s Eve show, and his year is no different. The singer will play all of the fan favorites while celebrating the upcoming New Year on December 31, 2016 at 8 p.m. Jacob Powell will open the show. Tickets start at $22. All ages are welcome.
