Brookgreen Gardens Memorial Day 5k

The annual Brookgreen Gardens Memorial Day 5k takes runners through the beautiful scenery of Brookgreen Gardens, which is on the National Historic Registry and one of the most scenic locations in the Southeast. This 9,100-acre property includes a sculpture garden, wildlife preserve, and trails through several ecosystems in nature reserves on the property. Join participants of all ages for this special opportunity, now in its 12th year. Overall awards for the 5k will be presented to participants after the race. There will be an overall Male and Female winner awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place; an overall master's Male and Female for 1st place; and a Grand Masters Male and Female for first place. All participants will receive a t-shirt, Made in the USA medal, and complimentary entry to Brookgreen Gardens at a later date. Runners, walker and strollers are welcome. Pets are not allowed inside Brookgreen Gardens.
