About Beach Cove Resort
Conveniently located within minutes of all of North Myrtle Beach’s greatest attractions, Beach Cove Resort is a great option for vacationers looking for an oceanfront suite or condominium. The one-bedroom oceanfront suites are suitable for couples or small families, while larger groups and families can opt for a two- or three-bedroom oceanfront condo.
The accommodations at Beach Cove Resort feature a long list of room amenities that will have guests feeling right at home. The suites and condos at Beach Cove Resort contain amenities such as climate control, wake-up calls, iron with ironing board, televisions with DVD players, kitchens, air conditioning, blackout drapes, wireless Internet access, private oceanfront balconies, and more.
Those visiting Beach Cove Resort for some summer fun will enjoy the copious amount of water features available on-site. Guests can kick back by any of the three heated outdoor pools, three oceanfront hot tubs, indoor pool, or the indoor whirlpool. Or, vacationers may float away in the 350-foot lazy river. Families can also have a blast hanging out on the tropical outdoor pool deck while the kids splash around in the outdoor kiddie pool.
Hungry guests don’t have to travel very far to find a good meal. On-site, Beach Cove Resort offers a variety of dining options. Visitors can start off their day by enjoying the breakfast buffet at Tradewinds Café, grab lunch and a frozen drink at the seasonal Breeze’s Beach Bar and Grill, chill at the resort Town Center while enjoying a quick snack or beer at the Tipsy Turtle Beach Bar, or reenergize at the Grab N’ Go Grill & Coffee Bar.
There are other fun things on resort grounds such as racquetball, a fitness room, and the Game On! Arcade, but for those who would like to explore North Myrtle Beach, Beach Cove Resort is within minutes of the best attractions in the area. Just a few miles away is Barefoot Landing which features family-friendly shopping, dining, games, and attractions like the Alabama Theater and the House of Blues.
Other nearby activities include watersports like parasailing, surfing, fishing, kayaking, and charters. There are also many golf courses in the area, and, for those feeling particularly like a daredevil, SkyDive Myrtle Beach is right around the corner, too.

1987 Struttin’ on the Strand
I had the pleasure of staying as guest of the Bech Cove while directing a fund raising a show for the Waccamaw Women’s shelter. Even after 23 years, the Beach Cove Resort as well as North Myrtle Beach remains as one of the highlights of my directing experiences. It’s changed a bit since then from what I read, but I’m sure the ambience, friendliness of the staff and the many facilities have the same warm, welcoming feeling now as they did then. I remember Jim from Chasers where I would go for an after rehearsal night cap as well as walking the gorgeous beach when I felt my brain was going to explode. I stayed in an absolutely gorgeous 1 bedroom suite on the 16th floor overlooking the beach and the pool and pool amenities below. Being early February (plus it being a working trip) I didn’t experience the poolside amenities. I know this review is a blast from the past, but couldn’t resist writing it. Thanks in no small part to everyone who made sure I was well taken care of, the show was a success. The Beach Cove Resort will forever hold it’s position of one of the top three 5 ***** star experiences I enjoyed as my career as a theatrical director. I hope to come down again now that I’m retired and enjoy it again from a different perspective. Thanks once more to all of you!John (Baylor) Bullerjahn

Enjoyed our stay
We have stayed there 2 times. We got a 2 bedroom condo both times. Always very clean, kitchen set up complete. The pools, hot tubs, and pool areas were clean, and well attended to. There was also indoor options for pool, hot tub, and game room. It was located well on the beach, and very easy location to the surrounding area activities. We would also like to try others if we come again, just because of more water park type activities.Christine Heiser
