Ella’s has been serving the best soft serve, floats, ice cream, and shakes since 2019. Owners Roger and Heather Carbaugh spent 12 years developing this store and opened this business in honor of their daughter. In 2014 the Carbaughs lost their two-year-old daughter, Ella. Her favorite dessert was ice cream and they run this business in honor and remembrance of her. They wish to help sweeten everyone’s day by serving delicious ice cream treats each day.

Not only does Ella’s feature a wide range of varying ice cream flavors as well as desserts they also allow customers to order their sweet treats online for pick-up whenever they like! For a more energizing treat, customers can also try their coffee, affogato coffee dessert, or purchase coffee beans to take home.
