River City Cafe

Award-winning burgers, hand-cut fries and homemade onion rings are just some of the reasons locals and visitors continue to visit River City Cafe. With numerous locations along the Grand Strand, the locally owned and operated restaurants have been a favorite for more than 25 years.

River City Cafe was named by USA Today as “one of the best places in the nation to feed the kids,” and has so many “Best Burger” awards they’ve lost count. The Barefoot Landing North Myrtle Beach River City Cafe overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway.

Afternoons on the deck provide scenic views of passing boats and evening sunsets. Burger options range from the classic to the adventurous, favorites include the “Palmetto Cheeseburger” (featuring house made pimento cheese spread) and the “R.C. Burger” (piled high with Texas chili, hickory smoked bacon, fresh sauteed mushrooms with Swiss and cheddar cheese).

Lighter appetites may choose from a range of fresh entree salads, appetizers as well as turkey and veggie burger options. Lunch and dinner are served daily opening at 11:00am. The peanuts are always free.
