Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse

Long synonymous with great steaks, impeccable service, and as the standard bearer in fine dining, Ruth’s Chris made its mark in Myrtle Beach when it opened in 2008 with an Intracoastal Waterway location.

Now with some 130 locations around the globe, the legendary prime steakhouse, which got its start in New Orleans in the 1960s, serves creative appetizers, such as the crabmeat stuffed mushrooms, fried lobster tossed in a spicy cream sauce, along with soups and salads paving the way toward the main course.

Every USDA Prime steak is served on a sizzling 500-degree plate, along with sides big enough to share. We can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want a steak, but there are plenty of non-beef dishes from which to choose as well; seafood, lamb chops, stuffed chicken breast and lobster to name a few. Open for lunch, dinner and happy hour (with select half-price tasting plates) Ruth’s Chris has quickly become the “go to” place for steaks along the Grand Strand.
